With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Universidade Vale Do Itajaí – Univali, he was president at JS Pescado Company and Executive Director at JSeif Uruguay Company, working in the export business throughout Europe. He currently holds the position of National Secretary for Aquaculture and Fisheries in the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply of Brazil.
