Since 2018 almost 30 nations have signed up to the 'Ministerial Declaration Against Transnational Organized Crime in the Global Fishing Industry, which maps out a framework for global political cooperation to address organized fisheries crime.

Blue Justice Initiative

The Blue Justice Initiative sets out to support developing countries in operationalising the Copenhagen Declaration, towards the objective of promoting a sustainable and fair Blue Economy for all, that is free from fisheries crime.
